Replacement of defective cylinder
I had an empty cylinder in my package deal through Amazon and Sodastream direct took care of this issue expediantly. Great customer service!

New to sodastream
It took me a while and several messes to figure this out. Once I did, I have lived it!
Much easier to use than the screw in canisters, i just wish i had known that i wouldn’t be able to use my old canisters with the new model!
