Your AI customer service IS TERRIBLE. I want to buy caffeine free diet cola, but I can't get any answers from your company if it will come available again. AI doesn't listen to my actual question, I can't get any answers. You need to go back to personal customer service. Your diet cola is good. I really LIKE your diet cola. BUT I need to drink caffeine free. There are those of us out here that can't always have all the caffeine. So you NEED to bring back the caffeine free option. I don't like the new bottle option. It is much more difficult to use. I like the measuring cap on the old bottle.
Awful new bottles
I love the flavor but I hate these new bottles. Bring back the old bottles with the measuring lid! This awful new design is very inconvenient for anyone who doesn't have the new fountain, which I have no desire to buy.
Just got worse
There’s no measuring cup with the new bottles and they’ve changed the formula to taste more like Pepsi. Boo, bring back the old formulation.
