I love the Fountain
I love the fountain. I had to get extra flavor caps once I saw they were available online and I ordered a couple extras for multiple flavors. Shipping was fast :)
Terrible company, terrible customer support.
They didn’t release these when they released the Fountain and I opened the email saying they were available within seconds and they are already out of stock. This is ridiculous. How is such a simple plastic piece that is essential to use their machine sold out. It’s completely unacceptable and customer service is a complete waste of time and rude.
