These Pepsi syrups taste like they’re diet because they’re made with sucralose. I’m giving this MTN DEW syrup gets 3 stars, instead of 1 because the sucralose flavor is still prominent when you drink it, but the MTN DEW flavor is also prominent. To combat that, you get yourself some Torani syrups lile blueberry, cherry lime, blood orange, or green apple, and you pour any of those in and you pretty much create a new or recognizable Dew flavor all at your house!
Disgusting
I love the new bottle look, but the formulation has changed somehow. The old syrup didn't have an aftertaste and was sweeter. I suspect it has the same ingredients but the actual sugar has been reduced and more of the artificial sweetener is used. It's disgusting. I ordered a 4pk, not knowing it had changed. I am returning all of them, including the opened one. Gross.
The real deal but better
People who don't have a Sodastream actually they are missing out. You can make as sweet, or less sweet as you want. I promise you I don't like it too sweet, but I know some people do. It's nice to be able to determine your flavor level.
